Channel [V] is breathing fresh as always. The channel, one of India’s leading youth brands, has launched a game show, “Bingo! V Full On!!” on October 31.

Mr. Saurabh Kanwar (Vice-President, Content and Communication, Channel [V]) stated, “Our research showed us the lack of a show which a family can sit together and watch without flinching at the content. There is clearly a place for a show which provides clean, unadulterated fun and that is what Bingo! V Full On!! plans to offer.”

Aamir Khan, a perfectionist to the core, is as critical of his own work as he is of those around him. Though most people can’t stop raving about the actor’s ‘bald head-bare chest look’ in his forthcoming flick ‘Ghajini’, Aamir himself is apparently not happy with the way his new look has turned out to be!

If reports are to be believed, the actor feels that he could not give his hundred percent, and could have pulled off a far better job with his killer street-fighter look if he had got the chance to train more.

Colombo – The Sri Lanka Navy destroyed at least four Tamil rebel boats and killed 14 cadres off northern Sri Lanka in a fierce sea battle between the two sides on Saturday morning, a navy spokesman said.

The clash broke off Nagarkovil, 390 kilometres after a fleet of rebel boats were intercepted shortly before dawn on Saturday, Commander DKPDassanayaka said.

He also said that according to communication intercepted 16 rebels had also been injured.

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has informed that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SME Rating Agency of India
(Smera) to enable its SME Borrowers to get rated themselves.

Under the arrangement, Smera will provide data about external credit rating by considering the financial position and qualitative factors that have a bearing on the credit worthiness of the SME and Karur Vysya Bank will finance the SME.

According to sources, the MoU plans a co-operation between the two institutions for financing of SME by leveraging the strengths of both the organisations.
