Johannesburg  - South Africa's ruling African National Congress was holding a last mass campaign rally in a Johannesburg stadium on Sunday ahead of general elections next week that the party is expected easily to win, albeit with a reduced majority.

A little over 23 million South Africans are registered to vote in the country's fourth democratic national and provincial elections on Wednesday.

Taipei  - Taiwan treated 350 foreign tourists to free massage Sunday as part of its campaign to promote "health tourism."

The tourists, seated in chairs at the National Taiwan University gymnasium, received 40-minute massages on their hands, shoulders and backs by 350 blind masseurs.

Some tourists screamed in pain while other giggled and laughed as the masseurs squeezed their muscles and exerted pressure on nerve points.

It was the second time the Taiwan Tourism Bureau has arranged a free massage event for foreign tourists.

Rapper Snoop Dogg has added another feather to his cap.

Snoop will become the first living rap icon to be ‘waxed’ at the famous Madame Tussauds Museum in Las Vegas.

“Fa shizzle dizzle I said yes when asked,” Snoop told media persons adding, "I'm honored! The D O double G got a double."

The twelve time Grammy nominated rapper said, “It’s real to be immortalized (in wax) in the ranks with President Barack Obama.”

Bollywood’s hottest couple Aishwarya Rai Bachan and Abhishek Bachchan who failed to celebrate their first wedding anniversary in 2008, may head for Europe or the US on April 20.
