Lahore, Apr. 25 : The bitter feud between political leaders in Pakistan is once again out in the open with former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif terming former President General Prevez Musharraf `insane'.

During a press conference here, when Sharif was asked to respond on Musharraf's plan to assume charge of the country once again, the PML-N chief said: "He (Musharraf) is insane to think so."

Criticising Musharraf's eight-year-long autocratic rule, Sharif said the military rule had worsened the country's law and order situation.

Mukta Music- a division of Mukta Arts Ltd and Times Music have entered into a deal to manufacture and distribute the audio track of their musical comedy Paying Guests with all physical and non physical rights. The film marks the directorial debut of popular playwriter-director Paritosh Painter.

The software developers from Google Labs have brought out new software called O3D to fetch accelerated 3D graphics to browsers. The software developers have defined “O3D” as "a new, shader-based, low-level graphics API for creating interactive 3D applications in a web browser”.

According to the developers, the idea of browser plug-in software O3D is "to build an API that runs on multiple operating systems and browsers, performs well in JavaScript, and offers the capabilities developers need to create a diverse set of rich applications." The browser plug-in software, O3D is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome that works on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.

Recently a Mumbai tabloid claimed that Anurag Kashayp's next starring his real life girl friend Kalki Koechlin is a remake of critically acclaimed and multi award winning Romanian film 4 Months 3 Weeks and 2 Days. But sources involved with the film claim it is not so.

Washington, Apr 25 : The US Government is considering axing Citigroup's Indian American CEO Vikram Pandit, according to media reports.

The government is also set to release the results of its stress tests analysing 19 financial firms.

Citigroup, which has received or been guaranteed 50 billion dollars in government aid through the Troubled Asset Relief Program, has been stirring up a lot of questions about its health.

London, April 25 : US President Barack Obama''s step-grandmother in Kenya has found supporters in Muslims and Christians, who have fallen into a row with the former accusing the latter of trying to convert the 87-year-old to Christianity.

Sarah Obama, who has been at the centre of spotlight in the country ever since her grandson bagged the top job, had been invited to attend an event at a Seventh Day Adventist Church.

But she was reportedly stopped by Muslims, who believed she would be converted at the church.
