Ace Bollywood Choreographer-turned-director Ganesh Acharya is all set to do an item number in his forthcoming movie ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’ with ‘Aap Ka Suroor’ star Hansika Motwani

Apparently, Ganesh has stepped in as a replacement for Bollywood khiladi Akshay, who opted out at the eleventh hour.

Ganesh said, “Yes, I am doing an item song after a long time. People wanted to see me in an item number. My fans always wonder how a heavy man like me can dance.”

Ganesh wanted to use a hip hop number for the item.

It was after listening to the song ‘Chal Jaye Churiyaan’ from his forthcoming flick ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’, that he decided to use that very song.

But, Ganesh denied that Akki was approached to do an item song and he refused to do so.

He said, “The only other item song in my film is with Esha Deol and Govinda, not Akshay.”

“In Money Hai To Honey Hai, Hansika plays a top TV actress who aspires to become a film star. There is a dream sequence which has this item number. I am doing it,” added Ganesh.
