Mar del Plata, Argentina  - A short-circuit caused a small fire Tuesday in the Malvinas Argentinas stadium in the Argentine city of Mar del Plata, that is set to host the Davis Cup final between Argentina and Spain later this week.

Argentina's Juan Martin Del Potro and Jose Acasuso were training when a lamp burst and caught fire. The players stopped their training session for a few minutes, while spectators watching from the stands were evacuated. The incident was soon solved.

Argentina and Spain are set to play the Davis Cup final Friday- Sunday at the stadium, which fits 9,750 spectators. (dpa)
