Recently, two ultra portable multimedia projectors dubbed as the Epson EB-1725 and EB-1735W were announced to be launched soon by Epson, which has been specially created for people who travel quite often or need mobile presentations.

The weight of these projectors, which provide about 2000:1 contrast, is 1.8 kgs.

The new projectors, which give the options of standard or widescreen presentations, have been equipped with 3,000 ANSI lumens of brightness.

To add more to their functions, these two latest projectors by Epson also give speedy wireless connectivity options through the company’s new Quick Wireless Connection USB key. To set up the connection, this key just needs to be inserted into the projector for the first time.

The highly functional USB key is fast enough to detect the network settings in the notebook within a few seconds and reconfigures it to set up the connection. All this could be done in no time and that too without any need of wires.

Furthermore, the Epson EB-1725 and 1735W projectors are also available with remote controls with ‘page-up’ and ‘page-down’ buttons for flawless presentations and that too from any part of the conference rooms or classrooms.

To increase the brightness per watt and removal of light leakage and minimizing light defraction, these projectors have been equipped with Epson Twin Optimized Reflection Lamp (E-TORL) technology. The company claims that this technology enables the lamp to last for 4,000 hours.

Further, the 3LCD technology that supports these projectors with 3-chip 3LCD optical engine helps to avoid color breakups and also adds detail to the presentation with amazing color and true-to-life image quality delivery.  

The price of Epson EB 1725 and Epson EB 1735W is Rs. 92,000 and Rs 1,04,600 respectively and Epson claims to make these projectors available in the market by this month itself.
