London, Feb. 16 : England football star Frank Lampard is locked in crisis talks with his former fiancée after it emerged they were splitting after seven years.

Friends said the Chelsea midfielder and Spanish ex-model Elen Rives discussed his visiting rights to their two daughters and her share of his 25-million-pound fortune.

Elen can expect up to half his riches, but is likely to have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

According to The Sun, Lampard remained tight-lipped as he emerged briefly from their three million pound townhouse in Chelsea, West London - a Valentine balloon still tied to the door.

He took three-year-old Luna to pick up a takeaway lunch.

A close pal said: "Frank and Elen want to keep things as normal as possible for the sake of their kids."

The couple, both 30, had been engaged for five years - but Lampard was twice caught with other women. (ANI)
