Energy drinks- not safe for humans
After extensive research and investigation, researchers have pointed out that people should not consume energy drinks.
In a medical journal, scientists have explained with clarity that health drinks are loaded with chemical impurities and additives.
According to researchers, after the intake of energy drinks a number of physical disorders can take place. Therefore, it will be much better to steer clear of these health drinks or beverage products which stimulate muscles.
To cite an example in this regard, scientists have opted for Red Bull which is packed with caffeine, B vitamins, sucrose, glucose and taurine. Glucose and sugar are detrimental to the obese whereas the persons suffering from high blood pressure and cardiac diseases must not take sugar, glucose and fat in high percentages. It will be more dangerous and risky if someone tries to consume energy drinks in combination with alcohol. Powerful energy drinks must not be taken to get energy and stamina to perform.
