EA pulls out Starbreeze title
If the rumors are to be believed then the gaming giant- EA Sports has pulled out the title of Starbreeze. This was being run by the EA studio.
EA is accredited about being the owner of popular games like Medal of Honour, Need for Speed, The Sims, Command & Conquer et al.
The brand has been dropped since the company is planning to launch another popular series known as Borne franchise.
The Chronicles of Riddick studio, which was showcasing the two projects for EA, has reportedly confirmed that it is no longer continuing its work on the second project with EA and it has been discontinued.
The two projects which were being worked upon by Starbreeze included a game based on the infamous Bourne franchise. This was purchased by EA last year from Activision and was believed to have an in-process syndicate platform of the game.
The leftover title is now is in-synced and is queued up for production.
Starbreeze, on the other hand, have not had to let anyone go as a result of this decision. It's the Bourne title which is grabbing the entire attention and is soon to venture into the markets.
