Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital Ltd has informed that it has got approval from Government of Mauritius for setting up and running of Clinics of Ophthalmology, Optical shop, Pharmacy, Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratories in Republic of Mauritius under Joint Venture arrangement.

Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital was founded in 1927 and is based in Chennai, India. This will be the Company's first step to enter the global market of Ophthalmology.

The stock closed today at Rs 44.75 on BSE, down 4% compared with previous close of Rs 46.45.
