ACC Ltd has recorded a net profit of INR 3589.329 million for the three month period ended June 30 as against INR 4856.193 million during the same period ended June last year.

The company's total income declined from INR 21375.822 million during June 2009 to INR 20804.191 million for the quarter under review.

The company has announced that the company's directors sanctioned payment of an interim dividend at Rs 10/- per equity share worth Rs 10/- each.
