Stock market analysts have maintained ‘buy’ rating on Tata Consultancy Services TCS Intraday Buy Call(TCS) stock with an intraday target of Rs 776. 

According to them, interested traders can purchase the stock above Rs 765 with a strict stop loss of Rs 750. If the stock market remains positive, the stock pricing becomes more attractive, and reach above Rs 790. 
 

Indian Techie Charged With Stealing Trade Secrets

A former Intel employee from India, Bishwasmohan Pani has been charged with theft of trade secrets, while working for rival AMD (Advanced Micro Devices).

However, speaking to CNN on this, Pani ruled out the charges levied on him by Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). He said that design files were meant to help his wife who still works with Intel and were not intended for sale. 

In July, the FBI founded 13 top secret files with details of future Intel chip designs from Pani’s house in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a result he was charged by the US District Court in Boston in late August.

Pani has so far not been arrested by the police, but has been asked to surrender his passport to the US authorities.

NIIT Technologies, a leading Software services provider, announced that it has bagged a worldwide sourcing contract from US-based American Safety Insurance Services Inc.

The source close to the company said that under the terms of the order, New Delhi headquartered NIIT will offer migration, configuration and customization support for American Safety's suite of applications.

The source also revealed that the work will be executed cooperatively in an onshore - offshore model between India and the United States.

The general manager of global research at Hitwise, Bill Tancer, who is a “data geek”, has found through his analysis that now people are more interested in surfing social networking sites rather than going thorough porn sites.

According to Tancer, “The rate of searches for porn sites has dropped from 20 percent to 10 percent. People are increasing their searches for social networking sites. My theory is that young users spend so much time on social networks that they don't have time to look at adult sites.”
