Both parties demand judgment in Ayodhya case While both the parties involved in the Babri Masjid-Ramjanmabhoomi case are currently in a deadlock in talks, the parties are even on a dispute on a out-of-court settlement as well.

It is to be mentioned here that the three judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice S. H. Kapadia will hear to the plea of deferment of the verdict on Tuesday by the Allahabad high court. However, both the parties are expecting and are demanding the verdict on the issue.

While on the end, the spokesman of All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), Qasim Rasool Ilyas said that there is no change in decision and the board will press for pronouncement of the verdict, Hindu Mahasabha counsel H. S. Jain also said that the verdict should not be delayed.

As both Hindu and Muslim groups are involved in the case, the arguments that will be made by the Attorney, G. E. Vahanyati to ensure that the dispute should be settled out of court.

The Congress party is now on the back foot after welcoming the decision of the apex court to stay the verdict on the Ayodhya case.
