Big B-King Khan Battle Continues

The battle between Bollywood’s Shenshah and Baadshah continues after KingKhan-BigB‘Big B’ called King Khan’s Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hai’ show, a big flop.

This brings back the memories of old hostilities between the two ruling stars of the Indian cinema.
There has been a long power fight between both over who is the best in the film industry. Regardless of his rising age, Big B still gives a good fight to SRK.

In past, SRK said that the two had never had any problems, that Mr. Bachchan "inspired many", and that he would never be able to achieve what Bachchan had.

Mr. Bachchan compared his show on star Kaun Banega Crorepati by saying, “The strength of KBC as a game show is quite apparent. ‘Who wants to be a Millionaire’ was and is successful in over 80 countries, so India moved with some degree of advantage, Star TV having tested the waters so to speak, before its launch.”

He also said that when he was hosting KBC it was a big achievement and he was puzzled why SRK’s show failed to match the TRP ratings with KBC.

“Major stars presenting it came as an added benefit and the little prelude on morals and life I think became attractive for the elders. KBC 1 ran non stop for almost two years and then with an adequate break the 2 and the 3. I am unable to understand its falling interest as the graphs show despite the fact that they were presented by bigger and more popular stars, namely ShahRukh” said Mr. Bachchan.

He said that he was confused to see the awful set-up of Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hai’ saying “and now to see ‘Panchvi Pass’, or as one rival channel executive sniggered, ‘Panchvi Fail’, after its not too encouraging numbers, facing relative lower ratings is what I wish to debate”.

He questioned the game show’s format for the dreary reaction it has received. “Is the format of question answer game shows loosing its shine?,” he also said.

Adding insult to injury Bachchan said, “Despite the presence of the biggest name in the business, why its depleted performance?”

The game show is almost the copycat of the famous international game show “Are you smarter than a 5th grade”.
