The all new ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition graphics card supports up to 6 displays has been launched by AMD. It has 6 mini DisplayPort Connectors, the Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition joins the Evergreen generation of graphics card in Radeon HD 5800 series. It occupies a 2GB GDDR5 video memory and is meant exclusively for ATI's multi-monitor supporting technology - Eyefinity.

ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition is the latest member of the HD 5000 fraternity. While most of the HD 5000 series cards speak of 3 connectors, ATI has upgraded itself with its 6-display card. The Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 that has the same number of 1600 Stream processors and GPU core is clocked at 850MHz as in that of HD 5870.
