Ajmal Kasab will be hanged till death, this is the final verdict after a long trial. It took almost seventeen months for the Indian Judiciary to rule the final decision on the Kasab case. Kasab was the lone survival among the ten terrorists who were involved in the biggest ever terror attack in India.

He was the main culprit of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. The Indian Government already has spent around 35 crore for the safety of this fellow.

Mr. Ujjwal Nikam, the public prosecutor has described Kasab as a killing machine whose remote is on Pakistan's hand. If he remains alive, another Kandahar plane hijack is not impossible. Kasab has been declared guilty for more than 80 out of the 86 allegations.

However this death penalty is not going to be implemented soon. The Court has also given him a chance to appeal at the higher court or even he can urge his plea to the President also. Earlier the main accused of parliament attack, Afzal Guru had received the same sentence and his plea is yet to be considered by the President.
