Ajay Devgan’s year of comedy roles

Ajay-DevganAjay Devgan has emerged as the king of comedy after many of his roles in recent times, were accepted well by the Indian audience. The actor was focusing mainly on the action roles before he jumped into the comedy films.

The actor saw the success of Golmaal- Fun Unlimited, Golmaal Returns and All The Best and is now expecting the same with Warner Bros production Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?, which is another comedy.

"Right scripts have been coming my way and I find myself enjoying comedies as much as action films," Ajay said.

The actor said that Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? is a comedy film but with some emotions. He said that the film has clean comedy and is yet very funny.

The movie is based on a novel by Sharad Joshi called Tum Kab Jaoge Atithi. In the move Puneet (Ajay Devgan) is a scriptwriter who received a major film project and his wife Munmun (Konkona Sen Sharma) an interior designer have a little son.

Suddenly one of their relative arrives from Gorakhpur, calling himself Chachaji (Paresh Rawal). Neighbors feel irritated while the couple welcomes the new guest. But after a while Chachaji irritates the couple with his old-fashioned and weird behavior.

The couple then tries to get rid of him but he doesn't get the hint. The second half of the film offers some twists and turns with comedy situations.
