Agro Tech Foods Ltd has announced that it has clocked a growth rate of 28%  to Rs 20 crore in its consolidated net profit during the financial year ended on March 31, 2009.

The company stated in a communiqué that during financial year 2008, it has registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 16 crore.

However, consolidated net sales of the company during the year have witnessed a downward trend to Rs 779 crore from Rs 1,010 crore for Financial Year 2008.

Further, company’s board has declared a dividend of 10 per cent to its shareholders for the financial year 2008-2009.
