In front of the trial in the Supreme Court, the Enforcement Directorate has questioned a PR consultant, Niira Radia and an activist, to offer information of her bank accounts and other details.

This go behind a PIL appeal, reported in the Supreme Court, asserting that the CBI is not eager on going to the base of the illegal plot in the allotment of 2G spectrums by the division of telecommunications in the year 2007-2008.

The lobbyist, while disagreeing that the lawsuit desired to be observed by the Supreme Court, had talked about the function of Radia of Noesis Consultancy, as amongst others, who purportedly predisposed the allotment of the spectrum in a means that preferential few telecom firms, counting her clients.
