13yr-old Alfie’s daughter’s nanny says DNA test will be for sake of the kids

13yr-old Alfie’s daughter’s nanny says DNA test will be for sake of the kidsLondon, February 17: The mother of schoolgirl Chantelle Steadman, 15, who is believed to have given birth to the daughter of Alfie Patten, 13, insists that a DNA test to prove the paternity of her one-week-old granddaughter, Maisie, will take place for the sake of the children.

Penny, 38, insists that the DNA test's results could prevent her and Chantell hiding away from people to escape the cruel gossip, in the wake of claims of paternity laid by two other teen boys and six others.

"The sooner the better," the Sun quoted her as saying.

The mum-of-six said that until the DNA results came through, she and Chantelle would remain with Maisie at the hideaway.

Social services had previously rejected the 300-pound test.

However, Penny has revealed, they have now stumped up for the lad to get a DNA test amid claims her daughter slept with other boys.

"Social services agreed to do it for the sake of the children. The sooner it's done the sooner Chantelle and Alfie can get on with being parents," she said.

Penny appeared upbeat that the test would prove that Alfie, who looks no older than eight, is Maisie's father.

Alfie is also positive that he is the father.

He and Chantelle have vowed to be good parents. (ANI)
