The #1 in customer satisfaction – Mahindra BoleroAccording to the recent TNS Voice of the Customer Award, Mahindra Bolero has topped the charts as far as the customer satisfaction is concerned. There is no denying that the tractor-maker is known for its efficient service mechanisms in the country and has been able to retain its top slot in the UV segment mainly because of its high quality service.

In fact, with the other automakers aiming to bank more numbers by aggressively marketing its products, M&M has always banked on its high quality service to bank high numbers.

At the Mahindra Navistar launch, Pawan Goenka, President - Automotive sector, M&M also shared an incident where a consumer of its counterpart and an ex-consumer of Mahindra got an overwhelming response from M&M's road assistance team while the former had not been able to resolve the issue and how the consumer is again planning to buy a Xylo and enter M&M umbrella.

Undeniably, Bolero has been one of the strongest pillars in the Mahindra's UV portfolio. The product was competing with product matching the likes of Toyota Innova, the Chevrolet Tavera, the Tata Sumo and the Tata Safari in the segment.
