T-mobile seeks it second android phone with Motorola Cliq XT
MWC (Mobile World Congress) which saw the release of Quench known as Cliq in US has finally comes in an agreement with T-Mobile.
The Motorola Cliq XT is available for purchase and shall be proffered by T-Mobile for $129.99 with a 2-yr contract agreement (that's $30 more than the price of the first Motorola Cliq).
Akin to its predecessor Cliq, the Cliq XT also runs on Android 1.5 featuring MotoBlur facility. The smartphone boasts of 3.1 inch touchscreen display with pinch and zoom capability, a front navigation touchpad, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, e-compass, virtual QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headset jack, WebKit browser, MicroSD card support, and a 5.0 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash.
It has an Adobe Lite version for supporting the Flash content unlike Apple's product. The phone dimensions measure a 116.7 x 59.4 x 12.3 mm and has a 1420 mAh battery which supports a continuous talk-time of 6.5 hours.
It is the eighth device from Motorola's kitty which features the Android platform; it has to stand the grounds of other popular contenders such as the iPhone, Nexus One etc.
