London, Feb 28: The popular computer game World of Warcraft is "more addictive than crack cocaine", warn experts.

In a report by addiction therapists at Sweden's Youth Care Foundation, the game has been described as "the most dangerous game on the market" following the case of a
15-year-old who collapsed and went into convulsions after playing it for 24 hours, reports The Sun.

Taipei - Taiwan's cabinet has approved a draft bill to allow email recipients to make claims of up to 2,000 Taiwan dollars (57 US dollars) per mail in compensation from the senders of spam email, the Government Information Office said Friday.

The bill, which still needs parliament approval, requires the senders to stop sending commercial email to recipients if their first mail does not get a response, the agency said in a statement.

London, Feb 27 : Personalised desktops can reveal a lot more than just your ''fun side'', claims a new study, which suggests that people''s personalities, habits and ambitions could be laid bare by analysing their computer screens.

The study into desktop psychology was conducted by Windows Vista.

To reach the conclusion, Donna Dawson, a psychologist specialising in personality and behaviour, reviewed a selection of office workers'' desktops and identified several clues that could indicate a person''s personality, reports The Telegraph.

Motorola India and Pressmart Media have made announcement about the launching of the live ‘news-on-the-mobile’ service on three handsets including Moto VE66, Motosurf A3000 and MotoROKR EM35, which are slated for distribution in the Indian market.

The company’s release said that news-on-the-mobile service, which is powered by Pressmart1and 2, would provide consumers access to branded news content.

According to the survey of over 2,500 callers to The Gadget Helpline, a phone service that consumers having problems with broken electrical equipment can call for help, the results underline the increasing popularity of games consoles, once considered a hobby for young men.
