New Delhi, April 6 : Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon hates working out in the gum but will reluctantly exercise if a film role requires it.

"If I never had to see the inside of a gym again, I''d be a very happy person. Even the idea of it, I hate. There''s people who love it and it''s just their thing," she said.

"I can do it, and I can do it for my job because I''m really lucky to get this job and have a job so I will do it. But it''s not my first choice of morning activity," she added

Melbourne, March 29 : Reese Witherspoon had to toil real hard on her voice for her role in the movie “Monsters Vs Aliens”, especially when movie bosses wanted her to sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The Oscar-winning actress stressed on the need to depict voice transition for her role as a Modesto native who later becomes 49 ft 11 in tall after being struck by a glowing meteor.

"One of the hardest parts of doing the movie for me was the voice I had to use when I was really big,'''' the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.

Washington, Mar 24 : Ever since Reese Witherspoon has voiced a character in animated movie `Monsters vs. Aliens', she has got a "cool" status in the eyes of her kids, who no longer think of her as a "gigantic dork."

Although the `Walk The Line' star has won critical accolade and an Oscar for her previous work, she hasn't really impressed her kids, Ava and Deacon.

But after she lent her voice to a giant woman in the family film, she has suddenly become "cool" at home.

Washington, Mar 20 : Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon has been forced to give up pork, after buying her young daughter a pet pig.

Witherspoon’s nine-year-old Ava has fallen in love with the pig, and named him after legendary civil rights leader Booker T. Washington.

She has asked the Walk the Line actress to banish all pig products from the household.

"His name''s Booker T. Washington - my daughter is studying American history. She won''t eat pork, she won''t eat bacon, and I have to be very careful with what I eat," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
