Madrid  - A Spanish cruise ship with at least three swine flu patients on board has been barred from mooring on Grenada and Barbados, the tour company Pullmantur said Wednesday.

MS Ocean Dream was taking 759 passengers on a tour of the Caribbean.

Swine flu was diagnosed in three of the 400 crew members. Eleven others have also been isolated after showing possible symptoms of the disease. None of the passengers were reported infected.

Pullmantur was arranging for the passengers to be taken to their home countries.(dpa)
