South Africans Regain Top Position In ODI Ranking
South African toppled Kangaroos to get back top spot in the LG ICC ODI Championship table at the April 1 cut-off after their convincing 3-0 series triumph against Bangladesh in Dhaka on Friday
South Africa made 0.720 points and although it remained on 127 ratings points along with Australia, this fraction of a point was enough to put it prior to Ponting's side by 0.191 of a point.

South Africa’s achievement is significant because the side that wins the ODI Championship ladder on April 1 gets US$175 000 for its achievement, whereas the side that lies second earns US$75 000.
