Sonam Kapoor To Endorse International Cosmetic Brand L’Oreal
After winning million hearts with her simplicity, Bollywood beauty Sonam Kapoor has signed up her first endorsement as brand ambassador for the French cosmetic giant ‘L’Oreal.'
Anil Kapoor’s loving daughter has replaced the former Miss World Aishwarya Rai, who has been the face of L'Oreal in India for the last three years.
Now, the ‘Saawariya’ girl will be seen launching the company’s new range of products among young women.
On the other hand, Ash will continue to be the older face of L'Oreal representing a woman in her thirties.
The more interesting fact is that Ash also lost the deal of the jewelery brand ‘Nakshatra’ to Katrina Kaif, only a few months back.
A source said, “Sonam was signed for a huge amount commensurate with what the actresses of today like Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are charging. The deal was brought about by celebrity management company, Atul Kasbekar's Bling.”
Moreover an insider also revealed that Sonam, who completely fits the brand, has already shot for her first ad, which will be launched by next month (January 2009).
Sonam will also be seen in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming film ‘Dilli-6’, which will also star Abhishek Bachchan, Om Puri, Atul Kulkarni, and Divya Dutta.
