Beijing Olympics hero Michael Phelps and actor Frank Langella are slo included in the list, reports Contactmusic.

Walters'' pick will be revealed when her annual chat show special airs on 4 December (08).

Last year (07), Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling landed the top spot. (ANI)
