Rovio’s Angry Birds Space Receives Update Titled ‘Solar System’
Rovio Entertainment recently released a new update for its Angry Bird Space titled 'Solar System'. It is said the new update will include some exciting learning content about space in its 15 new levels. Each level in the game includes planets, comet or satellite in our Solar System.
Angry Birds is collaborating NASA in this new update to create fun learning. Angry birds Space is so popular that it could be seen present in several classrooms across the world.
Players in the latest update can explore planets of the Solar System and will get the opportunity to know lots of fun facts by playing the game.
Sanna Lukander, VP Learning, Rovio Entertainment, said, "We have spent time defining our approach to learning and strongly believe that learning is fun when you love what you do, when it's fun to fail, when you feel intrinsically motivated and when you experience flow".
Properly-designed games are strong in all four fields by default, and offered a next generation platform for outstanding learning experiences Lukander added.
It has been said that some extraordinary videos can be seen directly while playing the game. There are also direct links available online to NASA's website, which will allow teachers and students to increase their knowledge on a particular topic.
The latest update explores groundbreaking concepts of stealth learning and casual learning, making the educational experience feel as much fun as playing any Angry Birds title.
David S. Weaver, associate administrator for communications at NASA Headquarters in Washington, said they are quite excited to collaborate with Rovio on this largest update ever to Angry Birds Space.
