A leading beer brand is the official sponsor of the Australian team, and Whitney said such an association was not healthy for the game.
Melbourne, Nov. 18 : A cheeky bid has been launched to lure US president-elect Barack Obama to Port Douglas'' famed Four Mile Beach in North Queensland.
Port Douglas Daintree Tourism boss Doug Ryan said letters and emails inviting the charismatic Obama to the Far North had been sent this week and he was hopeful of soon receiving a positive answer.
When The Cairns Post called, Ryan was meeting with representatives of the Sheraton Mirage to finalise an accommodation package.
"We are serious, you do not send a letter and an email to the White House if you are not," Ryan said.
