London, Apr 9 : British chef Gordon Ramsay has named actors Brad Pitt and George Clooney among the worst celebrity guests he has ever had to entertain.

Ramsay, 42, further revealed that the two actors, who had gone in to eat at his Claridges restaurant in London's Mayfair, while filming Ocean's Eleven in 2001, had left the five-star eatery in an unhappy state after a small mishap in the kitchen forced them to leave.

London, Apr 9 : Exposure to traffic pollution from living near a busy road could affect the development of babies in the womb, warn researchers.

The study, published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, found that the higher a mother''s level of exposure in early and late pregnancy, the more likely it was that the baby would not grow properly.

To reach the conclusion, researchers, from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, looked at 336,000 babies born in New Jersey between 1999 and 2003.

London, Apr 9: Heartburn medications are often prescribed to people with poorly controlled asthma, however, the treatment has been found ineffective in reducing asthmatic symptoms, say researchers.

The study led by the American Lung Association''s Asthma Clinical Research Centres has shown that heartburn medications do not help control asthma symptoms prescribed to those without significant heartburn.

The researchers found that participants who took esomeprazole (Nexium) had as many asthma episodes as participants who were given an inactive pill, or placebo.
