Melbourne, Feb. 10 : Former Australian cricketer Simon O'Donnell has said that skipper Ricky Ponting and coach Tim Nielsen need to grow up and start delivering results.

In a scathing assessment, the former Test all-rounder blasted the "ridiculous" decision to rest Ponting and hit out at the leadership and selection structure.

Former Test selector John Benaud, who claimed it was a major tactical error to announce that Ponting would be rested, supported him.

Adelaide (Australia), Feb. 10 : Former Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist has no doubt that big-hitting New South Wales rookie David Warner will bounce back to the international arena.

He said Warner should take heart from the fact that all great cricketers are dropped at some stage in their careers.

Twenty-two-year-old Warner belted 89 on debut for Australia in the Twenty20 last month, but a string of flops in the 50-over format led to the youngster being axed from the national squad.

Brisbane (Australia), Feb. 10 (ANI): Dr. Kees Nydam, who was the administrator at Queensland's Bundaberg Hospital when controversial Indian-born surgeon Dr. Jayant Patel was hired, has said that the latter appeared to be a missionary, and therefore, was hired.

Nydam said the staffing situation when Patel joined the hospital was "chaotic" and he agreed with prosecutor Byrne that Patel could have been the only surgeon on call "day after day".

A research group at Griffith University in Australia based their findings on a six-month study conducted on 50 participants with chronic migraine.

The result of the study showed that folacin and vitamin B could help significantly reduce the occurrence as well as severity of the migraine symptoms.

The death toll from Saturday's inferno reached 173, more than doubling the body count in Australia's previous worst forest fires in 1983.
