Prince Harry quits job as helicopter pilot

Prince HarryJohannesburg, Jan 18 : Prince Harry has given up his job as a helicopter pilot to take on the role of a staff officer at HQ London District, it has been revealed.

According to Kensington Palace, Harry's new job will involve organizing commemorative events for the army, such as Trooping the Colour and state visits, News24 reported.

The 29-year-old prince had spent over three years in training and operational service with the Apache Force during his attachment to the Army Air Corps.

Harry's new role could involve helping bring the Warrior Games, which is a Paralympic-style event for wounded service members, to Britain. (ANI)
