Melbourne, November 25: Nicole Kidman wants her four-month-old Sunday Rose to have a US accent.

The Academy Award-winner revealed that she hopes her little girl would have a southern US drawl after being born in Nashville, Tennessee.

“I hope she has a Southern accent," News. com. au quoted her as telling Nashville''s Tennessean newspaper.

Melbourne, Nov 21 : A British newspaper columnist has criticised Baz Luhrmann''s decision to choose Nicole Kidman to play the lead in his new flick ‘Australia’.

Melanie Reid, who writes for the Times newspaper, has said that Luhrmann made a "big, big mistake" to cast Kidman for the role of Lady Sarah Ashley.

In the epic movie, Kidman plays the role of an Aussie woman who inherits a remote cattle station shortly before World War II.

Melbourne, Nov 19 : Just four months after giving birth to a baby girl, Nicole Kidman has fuelled rumours that she’s pregnant again.

The stunner raised eyebrows when she appeared on the red carpet at the premiere of ‘Australia’ in a figure-hugging mini dress showing off a rather suspiciously rounded belly.

Kidman added more fuel to the fire when she told a press conference with director Bazz Luhrmann that she might decide to extend her family instead on continuing to pursue her film career.

She said it had been painful for her and her husband Keith Urban to leave behind their newborn daughter Sunday Rose to attend the premiere of Baz Luhrmann’s epic Australia.

"In terms of my future as an actor I don''t know," News. com. au quoted Kidman, as saying.

"I''m in a place in my life where I have had some great opportunities but I may choose to have some more children.

Sydney  - Hollywood star Nicole Kidman said Tuesday her acting career may be over as her focus shifts to family and a second child with fellow Australian Keith Urban.

"I'm in a place in my life where I've had some great opportunities, but there are many things I want to do besides act," the 41-year-old Oscar winner said. "In terms of my future as an actor, I don't know."

Kidman was speaking to reporters in Sydney prior to the premiere of her latest film, the Baz Luhrmann directed Australia.

It's the most expensive film ever made in Australia and carries the torch for a tourism industry shaken by bookings cancelled in the wake of the global financial crisis.
