Washington, Apr 13 : Looks like Johnny Depp is taking his role of Captain in `Pirates of the Caribbean' rather seriously, for the actor and his family are living on a luxury yacht while he shoots his new movie in Puerto Rico.

According to Contactmusic, the star, who played the role of Captain Jack Sparrow in the trilogy, bought the classic 47 metre-long motor yacht last year.

London, February 22 : Johnny Depp would love to be a part of Monty Python, the hit British TV comedy sketch show, according to director Terry Gilliam.

The Monty Python creator revealed that Depp looked up to the six comedians in the group whose influence in comedy has often been compared to The Beatles'' influence on music

"Johnny always wanted to be a Python, " the Daily Express quoted him as saying.

"He loves comedy and said ''If I could have been a Python I would''ve been happy,''" he added.

Washington, Feb 11 : Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is all set to narrate an upcoming documentary about the famous band `The Doors'.

The renowned band, which made waves in the 1960's with songs like `Riders on the Storm' and `Light My Fire', are still loved for their classic songs.

However, the band had a tragic end, as its vocalist Jim Morrison died of a drug overdose, after which the band eventually split in 1973.

The `Charlie and The Chocolate Factory' actor will be narrating Tom DicCillo's flick, which has been titled `When You're Strange', reports the Screen Daily.
