Washington, November 15 : Christina Aguilera is the latest celebrity to raise her voice against the ban on gay marriages.

Following the footsteps of Ellen DeGeneres, Brad Pitt, Josh Brolin, the stunner has insisted upon equal rights and freedom to marry for gay couples.

The singer spoke against the Proposition 8 bill, which had sought to make the same-sex marriages constitutionally illegal in California at the elections earlier this month, and had been voted into instigation by majority of conservative people.

Washington, Nov 12 : Popstar Christina Aguilera has revealed that the biggest inspiration behind her new album ‘Keeps Getting Better- A Decade of Hits’ is the birth of her son Max.

Aguilera also revealed that Max has added a new sense of life and a new way of looking at herself.

"I talk about being a super girl in the song ''Keeps Getting Better'' and really that''s due in great deal to the fact that I''ve had a complete new appreciation for women in general, for what we''re capable of doing, of what our bodies are capable of undergoing, and creating,” People magazine quoted Aguilera, as saying.

London, November 9 : Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman, who had their baby son 10 months ago, are trying for a second one.

The pop superstar, who tied the knot in 2005 in Napa Valley, California, said that she could not wait to have another child, more so since she wanted to have a small age gap between her kids.

“I honestly can''t wait for the next one. I do want more kids, and I want them to be close in age, at least the first two,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.

Washington, November 8 : Pop star Christina Aguilera has said that she does not like to pass judgement on Britney Spears’ life.

The 27-year-old, who jumpstarted her musical career around the same time as Britney did on The Mickey Mouse Club, said it was not like her to be judgemental.

"I don''t pass any judgment on what she does. I always wish her all the best,” People magazine quoted her as telling Britain’s Daily Mail.

The ‘Ain’t No Other Man’ hitmaker revealed that unlike her last album, which was based on the 20, 30 and 40’s music, this one is pretty different, as she has experimented with a unique style.
