Now Vijender to host reality show
It seems that Olympic bronze medal winner Vijender Singh always finds a way of being in the limelight.
The Indian boxer recently won the bronze medal at the World Boxing Championship in Milan.
Now, Vijender is all set to rock on TV by hosting a reality show named 'The Contender'.
The reality show is believed to have been inspired by US version 'The Contenders'.
The show is being co-produced by Bulldog Media and Entertainment and Percept Picture Company.
It will be telecast weekly on a TV channel shortly.
Speaking on this, the 23-year-old Bhiwani-born boxer said: "I will guide and counsel the participants. I hope to bring in my international experience to use for the eager contenders. Boxing, as a sport, is very popular across the world, but the situation is not the same in India. Cricket has always been the lifeline here."
Notably, Vijender Singh has appeared on Salman Khan's reality show '10 Ka Dum'. He was accompanied by none other than Bollywood bombshell Mallika Sherawat.
