London, July 16 : Singer-actor Justin Timberlake reportedly decided to stay in a low budget inn rather than a five-star suite after performing at Wireless Festival.

Timberlake paid out 95 pounds for his room at the premier inn here and his troupe also did not complain and enjoyed their stay, reports thesun. co. uk.

"It's great, it's right on site. We're having a chilled-out get-together with the guys after the gig - beer, cider, burgers and chips, no frills," a source on the site said.

Chennai, July 16 : Commercial vehicles maker Ashok Leyland closed the first quarter with a turnover of Rs. 2,363.81 crore and net loss of Rs. 141.75 crore as against a turnover of Rs. 3,026.89 crore and a net profit of Rs.
66.94 crore posted during the corresponding period the previous year.

"What we are experiencing is one of the harshest and steepest of downturns and while we are combating it, the situation also affords us an opportunity to streamline our processes towards becoming a leaner and far more customer-oriented organisation," Vinod K. New Delhi, July 16 : The under-recovery, or revenue loss, applicable on diesel for the second fortnight effective July 16 has been pegged sharply upwards at Rs. 9.45 per litre, the petroleum ministry said Tuesday.

This compares to the under-recovery of Rs. 8.60 per litre during the first fortnight of July 2013.

"In the case of PDS kerosene and domestic LPG, under-recoveries for the month of July 2013 are Rs. 30.52 per litre and Rs. 368.58 per cylinder, respectively," the ministry said in a statement

Mumbai, July 16 : Although she comes from a film family, Sonam Kapoor is determined to make her own identity without any help from her actor-filmmaker father Anil Kapoor as she feels that scope for growth under a banyan tree is bleak.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna on Monday refused to declare 5,748 missing people as dead; saying that they were only being ‘presumed to be dead’.

However, Mr. Bahuguna also declared that the government would continue with its scheme to provide ex-gratia relief of Rs 5 lakh to the kin of the presumed to be dead.

He added that the ongoing search operations for finding the missing people would also keep running. According to the state government’s official list, a total of 5,748 people are still missing.
