New Delhi, Aug 16 : Gangster drama "Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara!” has got an impressive opening, but the violence is keeping families away from watching the film, says trade analysts. ”Chennai Express”, meanwhile, continues to entertain families.

Balaji Motion Pictures’ "Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara!” released in approximately 1,600 screens across the country Thursday and collected Rs. 14.2 crore from paid previews.

New Delhi, Aug 16 : Poor surveillance data of encephalitis is affecting development of prevention and control measures to counter the deadly virus disease that has claimed lives of over 500 children this year in Uttar Pradesh, a study said Friday.

The study was conducted by the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) in the wake of the increasing number of Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) cases in eastern Uttar Pradesh.

It reviewed AES surveillance data for January 2011 to June 2012 from Kushinagar district in the state.

Washington, Aug 16 : A nearly complete skeleton that belongs to the oldest ancestor of "the most evolutionarily successful and long-lived mammal lineage" on Earth has been unearthed in China, researchers from China and the US said.

Dubbed as "Rugosodon eurasiaticus", the newly discovered species looked a bit like a small rat or a chipmunk. It lived 160 million years ago and was an early member of the group of mammals known as multituberculates, which flourished across the planet from about 170 million to 35 million years ago, reports Xinhua.

Kolkata, Aug 16 : Describing the Congress-led UPA (United Progressive Alliance) as a "complete failure", the BJP said the central government has survived courtesy the CBI and a few parties who indulge in "double speak".

The 21-year-old will be seen playing a cancer patient, who falls in love with a fellow patient, in director Josh Boone's romantic drama "The Fault in Our Stars".

The film is based on the novel of the same name by author John Green.
