Kiev - A car crashed into three motorcycles travelling in the opposite direction on a Ukrainian highway on Tuesday, killing two and injuring six.

The accident took place outside Kiev after the driver of a north- bound Chery Eastar lost control of his vehicle, entered the opposite lane of traffic, and struck three southbound motorcycles.

Two motorcycle riders, one aboard a Suzuki and the second on a Honda, died on the scene.

Lead author Ryan Wetzler, of Sleep Medicine Specialists in Louisville, Ky., says that multi-component CBT-I can even help those who have anxiety and depression, besides suffering from chronic insomnia.

Washington, June 9 : Nightmares may be an acute warning sign that a person has elevated suicidal symptoms, according to a new study.

During the study, severe nightmares were found to be independently associated with elevated suicidal symptoms after accounting for the influence of depression, whereas symptoms of insomnia were not.

The study included 82 men and women between the ages of 18 and 66, who were in a community mental health hospital admissions unit awaiting an emergency psychiatric evaluation.
