ANG Auto inks ‘JV pact’ with American firm

angNew Delhi-headquartered ANG Auto has informed that it has entered into a joint venture with TowerWorx USA, to produce and market mobile tower solutions in the country.

Under the arrangement, both the companies will have 50 per cent stake in the joint venture christened 'TowerWorx India (P) Ltd'.

Both partners believe that, the joint venture would bring substantial technological benefit to the mobile telecom companies in terms of multiple carrier capability and rapid deployment capability of the towers.

Indraprastha Gas to setup 50 new CNG outlets across New DelhiIndraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL), the state-owned automotive and domestic gas retailer, has planned to spend Rs 1,600 crore on expansions of its retail outlets and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) network in and around the NCR.

The company intends to expand its CNG retail outlets to 240 with an investment worth Rs 800 crore, before the commencement of the Commonwealth Games in October
2010.

Presently, IGL sells CNG to fuel vehicle engines through its 163 retail outlets in the Capital.
