Washington, June 22 : Drinking fat free milk instead of a fruit drink at breakfast helps you feel fuller and eat less at lunchtime, according to a new study.

During the study, Australian researchers found that drinking fat free milk in the morning helped increase satiety, or a feeling of fullness, and led to decreased calorie intake at the next meal, as compared with a fruit drink.

The milk drinkers ate about 50 fewer calories (or nearly 9 percent less food) at lunch.

Manila - Security officials and experts from Asia and the European Union gathered Monday in the Philippine capital for a two-day meeting to assess terrorism threats, especially in the transport sector.

The 7th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Conference on Counter-Terrorism focuses on building state capacity to prevent and combat terrorist attacks on transportation infrastructure and systems.

"The transport sector, especially mass transit, has been especially susceptible to terrorist attacks," the organizers said in a statement.

Stock market analyst Hitendra Vasudeo of stockmechanics.com has maintained 'Sell' rating on CESC stock to achieve a target that lies between Rs 283.80-Rs 253.30

According to Mr. Vasudeo, investors can sell the stock around Rs 301.70-Rs 314.30 with a stop loss of Rs 320.

Today (June 22), the stock opened at Rs 305 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 423 and a low of Rs 165 on BSE. Current EPS and P/E of the stock stood at 30.82 & 9.57 respectively.

Mr. Vasudeo is of the view that investors should sell the stock today to avoid loss.

Kuala Lumpur, June 22 : Women are increasingly queuing up to go to the Kajang Prison (women's wing) in Malaysia, which has opened spa and salon services.

Since it opened its doors to the public last December, scores of women have been regular visitors to the Kajang Prison spa and salon, especially on weekends when it becomes very difficult to get an appointment.

Moscow - Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, the president of the Russian republic of Ingushetia, was severely injured Monday in a suspected suicide bomber attack, reported the Interfax news agency.

At least three bodyguards were killed in the attack and several were wounded, reported Interfax, citing investigators.

A spokesman from Yevkurov's office said the president had been in surgery and was no longer in life-threatening danger.

London, June 22 : The Beckhams have reportedly roped in Bryan Adams to snap up their intimate portraits for an anniversary special.

David and Victoria, along with their sons, will pose for the rocker-turned-photographer next month as part of their celebrations for their tenth anniversary.

"They''''re going to pose for some romantic photos, just the two of them, and then have a big family photo with their three boys," the News of the World quoted a source as saying.
