London, June 22 : Meg Ryan is set to make a special appearance in Larry David's comedy show `Curb Your Enthusiasm'.

Apart from `When Harry met Sally' star's inclusion, the new season will feature a multi-episode storyline that reunites the Seinfeld cast, reports the Daily Express.

David was a co-creator of the comedy show Seinfeld along with Jerry Seinfeld.

Ryan will be seen along with the rest of the cast that includes Larry David, Cheryl Hines, Jeff Garlin and Sussie Essman in an upcoming episode.

Tel Aviv - It took 30 years, but an Israeli fireman has finally repaid the woman who saved him from a fire when he was a child - by rescuing her from the flames.

According to the Ma'ariv daily Monday, Danny Shemesh was 10 years old when he was trapped in a fire in a storeroom in the yard of his home. His neighbour, Miriam Diner, heard his desperate cries for help, broke into the room, threw a wet rug over the helpless youth and pulled him to safety.

Washington, June 22 : A new study suggests that cancer is the second most frequent cause of death among people with schizophrenia.

Published in CANCER, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Cancer Society, the study shows that people with schizophrenia die from cancer four times as often as people in the general population.

The findings indicate that there is a need for extra efforts to improve cancer prevention and early detection in patients with schizophrenia.

Munich - German electronics and engineering group Siemens said Monday that economic stimulus by governments would eventually boost sales of its products, but noted that sales in the second half of this year would decline.

Rome - Iran must decide by the end of Monday whether it will attend a Group of Eight (G8) meeting which is set to focus on conflicts in Afghanistan and Pakistan, Italy's Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said.

"Today is Monday, and thus it is obvious that if no reply is forthcoming (from Iran) then it would implicitly mean that they have declined," Frattini said about the invitation to Iran.

Washington, June 22 : Legendary actress Meryl Streep has received a special gift for her 60th birthday - an honorary degree from America's Princeton university.

The `Mama Mia' star, who turns 60 on Monday June 22 (09), received the honour on the revered college''s 262nd Commencement.

Streep now joins the list of non-students honored by the college that includes actress and civil rights activist Ruby Dee Davis and chef Alice Waters, Contactmusic reports.
