EU's Ferrero-Waldner meets with Belarus oppositionMinsk  - The European Union Commissioner for External Relations, Benita Benita Ferrero-Waldner, visited the authoritarian nation Belarus on Monday on an official visit.

It was the first-ever bilateral visit by the EU's external affairs commissioner to the former Soviet republic, Ferro-Waldner said at a Minsk press conference.

The 26-year-old journalist was shot dead in Delhi on September 30, 2008 when she was driving from her Jhandewalan office to her Vasant Kunj residence.

Five persons - Ajay Sethi, Ravi Kapoor, Baljit Malik, Amit Shukla and Ajay Kumar - have also been booked under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
