Washington, June 23 : The imaging science team on NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has released never-before-seen images and movies from the planet Saturn, which have captured scenes possible only once every 15 years.

Berlin - Ministers and representatives from 20 members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) began discussions Tuesday on how to deal with tax havens.

Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland and other countries accused of lacking transparency in their tax affairs are attending the day-long meeting co-hosted by Germany and France in Berlin.

The talks follow up a similar meeting held in Paris on October 21, 2008, at which it was decided to draw up a "black list" of international tax havens.

The Three Cups Hotel in Lyme Regis, Dorset, has been left in a derelict state, with developers wanting to convert it into flats.

But when Leon Howe discovered that a part of his favourite book had been written there, he was determined to save it.

A team of Haryana police on Monday arrested S Saminathan, MD of Pyramid Saimira in charges of cheating a finance firm. He was later released by Tambaram court on conditional bail.

Pyramid Saimira had borrowed Rs 60 crore from India Bulls Financial Services and the repayment cheque had bounced.

The Haryana police arrested Saminathan from his house in Chennai.

Meanwhile, N. Narayanan, Chairman of Pyramid Saimira had said that there was a misunderstanding on the terms of settlement between Indian Bulls and his company.

Vienna - The price of oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) fell by nearly three dollars at the start of the week, the Vienna-based group reported Tuesday.

The move comes after a recent push above 70 dollars a barrel (159 litres).

The basket price for one barrel of OPEC-produced crude fell to 67.41 dollars, down from 70.27 at the close of last week.

OPE analysts said the decline was a market reaction to a World Bank report that the future of the global economic recovery remains uncertain.

Washington, June 23 : Scientists at the University of Missouri say that social competition is the major cause of a three-fold increase in the size of the human brain in the past two million years.

The researchers collected data from 153 hominid (humans and our ancestors) skulls from the past 2 million years, and examined the locations and global climate changes at the time the fossil was dated, the number of parasites in the region and estimated population density in the areas where the skulls were found.
