New Zealand airport terminal evacuated by fire
Wellington - Hundreds of passengers were evacuated from the Wellington International Airport on Monday after an electrical fault caused a fire in a first floor ceiling, according to news reports.
The building was closed for more than a hour and a total of 16 domestic flights and two international services were disrupted by the fire, which caused minimal damage, Radio New Zealand reported.
There were no injuries reported. (dpa)
