Washington, Dec 22 : Popstar Rihanna is all set to perform at the Recording Industry Association of America's charity inaugural ball on January 20 to benefit Feeding America, a nonprofit organization.

"We are thrilled to have Rihanna's participation in the inauguration charity ball," US Weekly quoted Feeding America''s Vicky Escarra as telling Access.

Vicky Escarra said that he was grateful to the `Umbrella' hitmaker for participating in the charity ball.

"As the prevalence of hunger in America increases at an unprecedented rate, we are most grateful to Rihanna and to RIAA for helping us bring greater visibility to this tragic reality and helping us feed millions more people in need," Vicky added.

Meanwhile, Rihanna was also in news after she and Chris Brown were sued by a photographer who claimed that he was beaten and robbed for snapping a photo of the young couple in May. (ANI)
