Censor Board Chops 2 Scenes From Aamir’s ‘Ghajini’
The perfectionaist Khan aka the Bollywood legend Aamir Khan starrer ‘Ghajini’ is touted as one of the most violent film in the recent past.
However, the producers of film feel that Ghajini does not showcase an overdose of violence.
While speaking on this, Madhu Mantena, producer of Ghajini said, “It's not a tale of violence. It's a tale of retribution. And at the moment after 26/11 everyone wants answers. Films about retribution are always liked."
The latest news is that the Censor Board had chopped nearly two scenes from the film. The board feels that violence was avoidable.
The story of the film revolves around the life of a once-rich businessman who suffers from short term memory loss following a violent encounter.
The much awaited film is all set to hit the box-office on 25 December this month. Ghajini is a remake of the 2005's Tamil film (of a same name).
It would be quite interesting to see whether after the 26/11 terrorist attacks, people would prefer to watch such a great violent movie?
