Motorola is now discussing with operators in India to launch I-SIM. I-SIM or Intelligent SIM of Motorola can operate four IMSI (International mobile subscriber identity) number or phone numbers at a time.

Users can use different SIM in it. There is also a special dialer feature which allows each button of keypad to dial a specific number. It will be the first Intelligent SIM in market.

Director, Marketing Product Management of Motorola India, Mr. Tarvinder Singh has informed the media that I-SIM by Motorola will be effective for operators and users. It is built with flexible wafer which can attach original SIM of subscriber and will provide extra services which can be controlled via SIM tool kit.

Third party developers can build application and services.

Parental control service is also in I-SIM which can stop using of facilities at any time on the phone. Particular websites can also be restricted. Mobile banking facility is also in it which allows users to use it as a credit card, and it is secure also due to inbuilt secure ID.
