Medina Library’s Annual Bee Festival is on June 18

The Medina Library is going to host annual Bee Festival on July 18. The place will be having a lot of bees and bees activities will also be carried out from 11 am to 3 pm. The Medina County Beekeepers Association, Friends of Medina County District Library and Honey Hut Ice Cream are the sponsors of the festival.

The Medina Library is the place if you want to witness bee activities as it is organizing annual Bee Festival on July 18 from 11 am to 3 pm. The place will be buzzing with bees. The Medina County Beekeepers Association, Friends of Medina County District Library and Honey Hut Ice Cream will sponsor the event.

Children have been encouraged to come in the bee costumes and also to get along their families. Sponsors said that the event will be a day of bee-themed fun and education. The festival will start with the opening of the library's own honeybee hive, which will continue from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

The Beekeepers Association will be offering honey tasting and information on beekeeping. Honey Hut, which is one of the sponsors, said that it will offer samples of their ice cream made with honey.

There will be bee-related booths at the place and families can visit them including-

" BeeOlogy- From here, people can have bee-inspired soaps, lotions and jewelery.
" Buzz the Bee - it will be Bee Festival mascot.
" Medina County Master Gardeners - People can know more gardening for the bees.
" Oak Ridge Farm and Floral - lovers of honey can have jams and jellies made with honey.
" Pollinator Stewardship Council - Know reasons as to why bees and other pollinators are so important.

Nate the Great will also be there with balloon art.
